TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COTTAGE RENTAL 1. An advance deposit of 30% of the total rental cost must accompany application for the reservation of the cottage. All reservations are subject to written confirmation. If the application is not accepted, the advance deposit will be refunded in full. 2. The balance of the total rental cost must be paid in full at least 8 weeks before the holiday is due to commence. Failure to send the required amount by the date due may be (at our discretion) regarded, as cancellation of the holiday by you and the advance deposit will not be refunded. 3. The cottages are available after 2.30 p.m. on day of arrival. Accommodation in our cottages is restricted to the number of persons stated on the booking form. Cottages to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure. 4. The clients are responsible for keeping and leaving the cottage in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning and breakages will be charged for. Please check the inventory on arrival and report any discrepancies within 24 hours. 5.
If for any reason beyond the owners control (e.g. fire
damage) the property is not ready on the date booked, all rent and charges paid
in advance by the client will be refunded in full but the client shall have no
further claim against the owners. 6. Reservations will not be accepted for all male or female parties of young people. 7. We (the owners) regret we are unable to accept pets. 8.
We (the owners) cannot accept liability for injury or loss of
life to any person or for loss or damage to any property brought onto the
premises, or for any loss or damage caused by any vehicle on the premises. 9. The leisure facilities may only be used by persons actually residing in our cottages and not by visiting guests. 10 Any breakdown of amenities or equipment cannot be held
the responsibility of the owners. We shall make every effort to rectify any
faults or make repairs as soon as possible.

Where applicable, prices quoted in the tariff, include VAT at 17.5% and
Insurance premiums include Insurance Premium Tax 12.
We (the owners) reserve the right to upgrade any booking,
without any extra charge to the customer, to a more expensive cottage if
necessary. 13.
Credit Card payments can only be accepted for deposit and
final balance payments and not for any other payments. |
